Solana’s big yearly convention-party, called Breakpoint, is happening! It takes place this year on December 11th to 13th, yesterday.
More than 6,000 people have been recorded in attendance. That’s amazing, and from the videos we’ve seen so far, it feels like a mix of a tech conference, music festival and a giant group chat all rolled in one.
What’s Actually Happening There?
- Lots of Solana companies have shown up and announced new stuff happening with and for them live on stage (over 80 big announcements).
- Instead of just talk panels though, most of the time has been spent showing new apps and products, with some launching.
- There have been parties, free merch and even people shaving heads. Baldpoint, innit?
