Simple Solana Update: ICM and Privacy Stuff

Solana Basics Right Now

SOL is worth about $200 today (up 2%). As always, the ecosystem is thriving, positively humming with constructive energy.

People are excited about turning real-world stuff into digital tokens and improving already existing money apps. And while we’re on money, private money is making a serious comeback.

ICM: Making the Internet a Money Hub

ICM stands for Internet Capital Markets. It’s Solana’s plan to make the web a place where you can easily buy, sell, and trade things like stocks or real estate as digital tokens. No banks or papers needed—just quick, global deals.

You already know about it, but a quick refresher might be nice. And that brings us to something amazing: Solana is on Wall Street! Yes, somewhere in the world famous/infamous Wall Street, there’s an office that has Solana on its doors now, and you can just walk right into it!

That’s insane!

Cool Projects Starting Soon

  – Pantheon Terminal: A simple dashboard for ICM stuff, launching October 31. Rewards coming right after.

  – Nemesis: A trading spot for ICM with a smart way to match buyers and sellers—starts October 29.

  – PayAI: Tech for easy payments without hassle; works with launch sites like Tgmetrics.

What’s Hot: The end of the year excitement has started to kick in, and some exciting news on that end, Pump.fun acquired Padre, a trading terminal.

The acquisition has sparked off interest and a discourse on Solana Twitter, with users generally feeling optimistic about it.

Privacy Tokens: Keeping Your Stuff Secret.

Solana shows all transactions publicly, like a big open book. But new tools available now let you hide details—like how much money you have or send—without slowing things down.

New Today: Encifher lets you use Zcash (ZEC) privately on Solana. It encrypts your coins so no one sees your moves. The impact of this? ZEC price jumped 5% from the news.

Today, I also discovered that the quest to make Zcash was older than bitcoin. And now, it’s confirmed that old privacy coins like ZEC are coming back. Solana has over 1 million daily users trying these.

Other Privacy Tools Out There include:

  – Elusiv: Uses math tricks (ZK proofs) to send tokens without anyone knowing.

  – Arcium: Next-level privacy for tokens and apps—keeps data locked during use.

  – Shady Labs: “Stealth Send” hides who sent what by bouncing through other wallets.

  – Shadowpath (from Radr): Covers up whole transactions completely.

Bottom Line:

ICM turns Solana into a cash machine for the internet.

Privacy tools surfacing in turn, keep that money sneaky and safe. So the end of 2025 could get wild with these launches—maybe buy some SOL and follow along.
